The PARSEC Social Cooperative intends to promote the activitation of policies that promote well-being and social inclusion, according to the universalistic principles and within a conception belonging to local welfare. The facility applies its own commitment to collecting questions and evolving social emergencies. It aims to achieve good practice and create innovative projects as well as to develop processes for integration with public and institutional actors, actors from the productive sector as well as the civil society. In terms of specific projects and the management of territorial services, the interest is oriented towards the prevention and reduction of the damage and risks associated with the use and abuse of substances, the promotion of well-being and the leading role of minors and young people, support for parenting, overcoming the various forms of hardship and marginalization (linked to addictions, trafficking, etc.). The actions put in place provide a multidisciplinary approach that favours dialogue between the person concerned, his/her reference networks and the cultural context and relationship in which he/she lives and behaves. At the base of all this is the need to accept the complexity, which is sometimes the person himself/herself in addition to the need to tackle the problem that has manifested itself. From the point of view of management and internal organization, however, is supported - continuously and in different ways - the involvement of all partners and collaborators for the purpose of stimulating the overall participation; for developing and updating skills; individual responsibility and collective representation. Finally, constant attention is aimed at the continuous improvement of the quality of the organization and the services offered, also through a system of internal quality management, and documented in accordance with the requirements of the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
