The PARSEC Social Cooperative was created in June 1996. From that date on, our constant commitment has been that which has promoted interventions and services able to respond, where possible, to all the emerging complex social needs both at local and national level, with innovative proposals.
The Cooperative is inspired to a system of interventions, focussing on its principle of subsidies and within an investment conception of welfare, expressed through its actions, its character and the public status of its mission. The PARSEC Social Cooperative is aware of its cultural, civil and political role, that portrays the organizations of the social cooperation and of their capacity to determine the democratic processes, their participation and inclusion: together we intend to produce those changes and be able to remove the obstacles that impede full expression and understanding of people, groups and territories. We are searching for a potential social contentment, reacting to the needs of people and attempting to enhance their dreams.
